RESULTS for 5K and 1K
Online Pre-Registration is now closed. You may still register at the Pie Booth at the Apple Harvest Festival on Saturday or you may register the morning of the race beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Packet Pick-up —Pre-Registered runners may pick up their bib and t-shirt in advance at the Apple Harvest Festival Pie booth on Saturday, October 13th. The Pie Booth is just inside the entrance gates to your left. Since this is inside the festival you will need to pay the $5 admission, but we wanted to add this convenience for those of you that will be at the festival on Saturday. And as always, you are welcome to pick up your bib and t-shirt the morning of the race. Registration/check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.
The 5K (3.1 miles) course starts and finishes at Welles Street Riverfront Park, Glastonbury. A water station will be located along the course and will be provided at the finish area. This is a USTA Certified course. (course certification code: CT12038JHP) Click here to view the course.

Back by popular demand is our TEAM category for the 5k! Why run it alone if you can run with your family, friends and co-workers?! Prizes will be given out ot the largest team as well as to the fastest team (based on the top three finisher's time). 1K Youth Course:
The 1K (.62 mile) will loop around the fields at the Welles Street Riverfront Park. Youth 13 and under are encouraged to enter. Bring this registration form and $5 for 1K on day of race.
Kidz Fun Run:
This is a race just for kids that want to have some fun. The Kidz Fun Run goes around the perimeter of the fields and is open to all children. This is a free race but day-of registration is necessary.
Awards will be presented at a post-race ceremony. 5K awards will go to the top male and female finishers in the following age categories: 18 & under; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60 and over. As is tradition, 5k winners will receive an apple pie. 1K awards will go to the top three male and female finishers in the age categories of 9 and under and 10-13. All ages are as of race day.
Route 2 East to exit 8 (Hebron Avenue).
At the end of the exit ramp make a right onto Hebron Ave. Proceed straight through the traffic lights until you intersect with Main Street at the stop sign. At stop sign make a right onto Main St. The intersection of Welles Street and Main Street it at the first light.
Route 2 West to exit 8 (Hebron Avenue).
At end of the exit ramp make a right and then a quick left onto Hebron Avenue. Proceed straight through the stop lights until you intersect with Main Street at the stop sign. At stop sign make a right on to Main St. The intersection of Welles Street and Main Street it at the first light.

9:30 am. 5K race start
9:35 am Kidz Fun Run start
10:30 am 1K Youth Race start
10:45 am Awards Ceremony
Welles Street Riverfront Park, 280 Welles Street, Glastonbury *registration will be at the gazebo next to the ball field.
Parking: Parking will be available along Main Street; limited parking will be available in the lot next to the ball field at Riverfront Park, however, please note that Welles Street will be closed beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Kidz Fun Run — Free
1K Youth Race — $5 (includes admission to festival) No pre-registration for 1K
5K — $25 if registered by 10/11/12; $30 if registered after 10/11/12
Registration for both races will also be available at the Apple Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 13th at the wellness tent next to the main stage.
Short-sleeve 2012 Apple Harvest Festival/Road Race tees will be provided to the first 150 people registering for the 5K road race!
ll times for the 5K and 1K will be monitored and recorded by Last Mile, with official times provided shortly after the race and at www.lastmileracing.com. For the 5K, split times will also be provided at the mile 1 and mile 2 marks and timing will close at 45 minutes. Magnetic chips in the bibs will be used this year to expedite the availability of the results and award ceremony.
